With its fully automated proecesses of roll-in, layering, sheeting and shaping, the V4 Pastry/Lamination Line realizes the most efficient pastry production. With its novel design, a huge variety of high quality pastries and Danish pastries can be produced.

 

Stress Free® high speed stretcher

A high speed revolving system of independently rotating rolls stretch out the sheet into a very thin dough layer of up to one tenth of its original thickness. The high speed stretcher operates without exerting any stress to the dough and without distorting the parallel layers of dough and fat.
